Turkish language summer courses which are provided within the scope of scholarships for foreign students by the Republic of Turkey were included  in the frame of “Turkish Scholarships Yunus Emre Turkish Language Scholarship Programme".

Turkish Language Summer School 2013 Programme is to be realized between  1 July to 25 August 2013 in the provinces Bursa, Çanakkale, Trabzon, Konya, Gaziantep, Zonguldak, Kayseri, Sakarya, Kastamonu, Edirne and Samsun.

The candidates of Turkish Language Summer School 2013 Programme will receive 500 TL allowance  per month.

Turkish Language Summer School 2013 Programme candidates are required to know Turkish at least at the elementary level.

Turkish Language Summer School 2013 Programme applications will be made via the link on the web sites www.turkceyazokulu.org and www.turkiyeburslari.org.

Applications will be submitted between 03 -23 May 2013.

As a result of the evaluations, the detailed information concerning the accommodation places in the provinces in which the candidates will reside and  the candidates whose applications have been accepted will be sent via e-mail to the candidates  from  10 of June  2013.

Terms of Reference

a) Being a citizen of any country other than the Republic of Turkey (the candidates who have citizenship of the Republic of Turkey and also those who lost Turkish citizenship for any reason can not apply for the Turkish Language Summer School 2013 Programme)

b) Being a student at the university in a country other than Turkey

c) Neither being under the age of 18, nor older than  27 years of age.

d) Having at least 70% score of general academic grade point average in the university where they have received education. 

e) Not having received any scholarship from an institution of the Turkish Republic.

f) Not having completed any part of their primary education and secondary education  and also higher education in Turkey.

g) Having basic level of knowledge of Turkish Language.
